Computer Basics
Journal Topic: List 7-10 potential brochure headings you might incorporate into a travel brochure.
Students will create an Edmodo account and download a brochure template. Students will research foreign countries to prepare a brochure advertising travel abroad.

IB Business Management
Students will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of running a restaurant as a partnership by discussing the EXP case study.
Students will be able to define and show the advantages and disadvantages of private limited companies, public limited companies, corporations, cooperatives, franchises, joint ventures and holding companies. Students will also be able to distinguish between nonprofit organizations, NGOs, charities and pressure groups.
Homework: 1) Complete the chart on “Types of Organization.” 2) Prepare for Thursday’s test on Units 1.1 and 1.2.
