Personal Finance / Introduction to Business
Today we continue our discussion on advertising, the “Promotion” aspect of the marketing mix (4 P’s, 7 P’s for services). Students will be able to compare and contrast types of media that businesses use to reach potential customers.
Homework: Read and take notes on Chapter 14.2, Media Measurement and Rates.

Computer Science 1
Article on Tokyo’s Flag Law, Part 2. Students will read Tokyo’s Flag Law: Proud Patriotism, or Indoctrination? and finish answering questions in writing. Your work is due by the end of the period.
After you turn in your work, you may choose a country for your final research project. You will be researching the country’s flag, anthem and leader. Click here for a list of flags of the world.
When finished, choose an activity from Mr. Greberman’s Delicious.com website.

12th Grade IB Business Management
Today students will work on their Internal Assessments. I will meet with students individually to check your progress. FYI, one helpful source for your IAs could be The Philadelphia Business Journal.

11th Grade IB Business Management
Students will be able to explain “economies of scale” and “diseconomies of scale.”
Homework: Continue reading Unit 1.7 and answer the questions in Section C of your Unit 1.7 Worksheet.
